Samuel Bennett represented me in a custody hearing and he did an amazing job! It was a long drawn out process (because of the other party) but he was very accessible the whole time and would meet with me within 48 hours almost every time. He is very knowledgeable of the law and takes his time to go through and organize every piece of evidence, and I had a lot. He is kind and will take time to listen and explain any questions you may have. I highly recommend SPB Law PA!

I don't understand ANY of the poor reviews on this man. He saved my family! You need to understand, if you did something to lose your kid? There's not much any lawyer can do UNLESS you are innocent. Lawyers are to council you to make sure you don't dig yourself in a hole. CPS was called on my wife. She was a foster child and they had been profiling her for life. We were not in the wrong and CPS was harassing us and threatening to take our kid even with compliance.
If CPS comes? GET A LAWYER THAT INSTANT! The longer you wait, the less a lawyer can help you. All of the negative reviews are baffling to me. This man answered and still answers at any house of the day or night (due to my wife's paranoia and PTSD caused by CPS), answers and and all questions etc. MY BIGGEST ADVICE TO ANYONE IS IF CPS KNOCKS AT YOUR DOOR? CALL THIS MAN IMMEDIATELY!!!! he was able to find out that CPS had no evidence and were just digging to find something and he saved us! I've learned from my wife, when it comes to CPS? You call a lawyer IMMEDIATELY. The longer you wait? The less any lawyer can help you. I'm SO sorry for anyone who has had a bad experience with CPS... They're almost impossible to win against if you have made even the smallest mistake.... But this lawyer genuinely does care and he definitely saved us.

I have had a family court case dragged out way longer than necessary...almost 4 years now. Opposing party has not only made false allegations against me, they also attempted to have my rights as a mother taken away in result causing this case to be very complicated. I am very pleased with Sam, Not only does Sam answer after hours, he will file motions, schedule hearings and make things happen!
